The mention on the gift will be of the base ship that was used for the ccu chain (Pulse LX), once it is in your hangar, you will have the Perseus.
If there is any mention of name reservation for ships in the hangar list of items, it is not the case. it was only valid for the time the ccu chain was not completed.
Make sure you are logged into the correct account before you click on the gift link CIG will send to your e-mail. Once clicked, you won't be able to change the ship from that account.
