Filing a Dispute

Please send an email to [email protected] giving a description of the dispute and your reasoning. You must also include the order # of the disputed order.

Space Foundry will add the other party to the email so all parties are informed on the dispute.

The dispute will follow the guidelines stated in Space Foundry's Dispute Resolution, Section 3 in the Safe Seller Delivery Agreement and Safe Buyer Delivery Agreement.
